about

Hey there, my name is Chris. I’m a full time / free-lance LAMP developer and use this blog simply to store technical information (compensation for bad memory) and for some rants.

If you find any information on here useful or use my example code anywhere it would be great to know – so send me an email or post a comment or if you are looking for some custom web development please visit cnizz|com.

Used your Apache directory authentication after following the myriad ways of authenticating htaccess on other sites. Your way is more secure and you actually provided the steps for changing the sites-enabled 000-default file which caused me a lot of problems.

Thought I’d thank you – as this site seems like a thankless task I’m sure.

    Chris,
I noticed you were having a problem with Comment It. If you have a second, could you email me a description of the problem? Thanks,

    Justin
